Just think, you'll get a jump start on your Christmas creations AND have a chance at winning stamps to make even more Christmas cards! Oh what fun it is!! For my card I used the set All that Glitters. I added some sparkle to the border of my circle. I tied the silver cord for my bow tops and I like how that turned out. A pretty easy sketch and I will plan to use it again. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and happy stamping!

Last day of Sneaks

**Second post today. For Flourishes Focus see below**
Today is the last day of Sneaks. All the sets you have seen will be available tomorrow May 1st at Clear Dollar Stamps Store.
Today I am showing you Ephesians 2:8-9. This first sample is using some of the new paper colors as well called Cotton Candy. The ribbon is also from the new colors called Billowing clouds. This is a long and tall card for you. I stamped the Grace through faith on some dies that I cut out and popped them up on dimensionals.

I went with the scripture on this one and added a few pearls with my flower. I also used the papers cotton candy and lemon zest on this one. I sponged around the frame while the spellbinders die was still attatched.

Happy Friday! Over on Flourishes blog today Dawn is going Floral Frenzy on us. She has some wonderful creations for you on the blog so be sure to check it out. I got some of the new flowers that we are carrying and used it on my easel style card. This was a thank you card for Sharon and all her hard work. I used the butterfly from the Fanciful Flourishes set. Some beautiful lavendar silk ribbon with lavendar pearls to finish this off. This card did weigh a lot with all the layers I added, but I was stepping out of my simple design for a bit. hee hee Check out what the girls are up to in Floral Frenzy:

Sneak Peeks day 2 Pirate

This little non frightening Pirate is called Pirate Ahoy. He doesn't put fear in me but I do want to hug him. hee hee I tried another little fun fold that would be different for me as well today. This is the front of the card his sword and hook arm are popped up on dimensionals.

If you fold the panel that he is on over you have a map with the hidden treasure underneath showing. I used the map from the set Lost at Sea.

Then when you open you got your little parrot looking out at you. Its hard to see on the black but I have the little skull stamped on the insides as well.

Did you get a chance to see the new line of paper colors and ribbons that Lori has? Clear Dollar Stamps now has their own line of colors, isn't that totally cool! I have used some for my sneaks so you can see what they look like. So lets begin....
This first one is called Bird-Day Hi. Some cute little sentiments in this set. I used some of the new paper on here called lemon zest.

This sweet little kitty is from the Frisky Kitty set. I am not sure if he is worried that he is hanging or that is how all cats look hanging. hee hee Springy colors for this one and a very different layout from my norm.

A friend will bring you coffee....

Until the next young hot thing comes along.... Then your chop liver. You know you meet this frined for coffee every morning once a week and you visit, catch up on the weeks doings. You have a good time and enjoy a pot of coffee together. But one day she is late you don't think anything of it she has a good reason for being late.... Then it happens again the next week and you start to see soemthing isnt quite right in the conversations. Next thing you know she doesn't even show UP for coffee. Claims that family was in town or something like that. Yep... the writing was on the wall, she had some new hot brawd in town who I am sure whooed her with some special blend of coffee. Sure do miss ya sis... Hope you come around again. ;0)
This is for a special friend that I am razzing right now. hee hee Totally Stampalicous has a humours card challenge over on their blog today. This first perfectly! I used Coffee Brawd for my card. A little bit of paper piercing for the sides and I like the pinks and greens. I hand wrote the extra little sentiment. I am out of computer ink still... ugh...
On a personal note: going to be doing some house painting inside this week so not much from me. Unless I can get it done fast and I am hoping that my MIL is not a slower painter. lol She is going to help while the kids are at school. Wish me luck! Have a great day.

We are thrilled to be taking some of her favorite Bugaboo critters, kids and characters and turning them into RUBBAH!! (Well... photopolymer actually but you know what we mean)We have also added a few fun sentiments to the main images that we think you are going to love!
We have EIGHT brand new stamps sets to share with you this release and they will be available at 10 pm EST at the Totally Stampalicous Store.
Now if you just got here and wonder where to start it is at the Totally Stampalicous Blog! You can head on over there and read all the details about the PRIZES involved with the hop and the time frame for the blog hop. Now if you just came from the TS blog you are right on schedule. Your next stop will be over to Vicki's Blog. Everyone has really enjoyed getting this hop ready for you. So on with the stuff....
I had a hard time choosing what I was going to show you, so I choose to show you 4 of the 8 sets. This first one is called Desiree and isn't she just a doll and so darn sweet. This card is for a friend of ours little girl Haley who needs some smiles. I know she will love this card, I used one of her favorite colors pink.

Happy day is right! Just makes me giggle. This is Fat Mouse Balloon. I added some sparkle to the balloon. I like the vibrant yellow of the paper and the ribbon. It just seemed right with his little smile.

Now this handsome fellow is called Sean. This sentiment says it all and with having two of them I completely understand. Sponged some clouds in the background, some piercing and photos corners and voila.

And last but not least is this little one Fat Mouse Flower. Very innocent and sweet. I threaded some buttons with twine and added them to my lace and ribbon combo. Very simple and fun cards for you. Hope you liked my sneaks!

Just to keep you on the up and up, please know that if you are interested in the Digi Images, they are only available at Bugaboo Stamps.and are NOT PART OF TOTALLY STAMPALICIOUS DIGI PROMOTION.

Just a quick one today. This is using the Around the Arbor set. I really like these flowers in yellow so I went with what I like. LOL I sponged around the frame before I took the spellbinders off. I added some ribbon with a button and twine center. Pearls for accents, very simple. Don't forget the special on the whole release package over at Flourishes store ends soon!
See you here Thursday for Totally Stampalicious Blog Hop and RELEASE 9 EST! See you then!

Lavendar love endures

Flourishes April sets are NOW AVAILABLE! This months releases are Spring Bouquet, Hats off to you, Around the Arbor and Fanciful Flourishes. These sets are just beautiful. Don't forget you still have time to comment over on the Blog each day of the release for your chance to win the set of the day. All winners will be announced on Saturday.
This card is using the new set Spring Bouquet. I thought lavendars and purples would make a great color combination for this bouquet. I used copic collections Crocus, Violets, Hydrangea and Spring fields. I used the spellbinders label 13 for the framing. I have some sparkle added to the flowers too. I love all this purple... don't you?
On a personal note... I have had some computer issues this week and have not had a computer. Its a good thing that I pre-plan my posts otherwise I would not have anything this past week. But it looks like it is back and running. I have had a rough week as you can imagine without the laptop running. I spent more time praying and that was positive, however I think my emotions were a little fried from the whole ordeal. lol I look foward to catching up on blogs and galleries this weekend. I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Power Hour party, prizes and more

Whohoo!! Today is our Power Hour release party in the SCS Forums at 9 pm Central tonight. Hope to see you there. Be sure to check out Flouirshes blog and your chance to win all the sets you have seen so far. Today we bring you Spring Bouquet. This set has some wonderful and different sentiments for the women in your life from mom, aunt, grandma, step mom and sister. Its a great set for Mother's day that is shortly coming up.
This first card is vibrant and bright with the yellow flowers and ribbon. I love how this turned out. I added a few jewels and not much else but the flowers are what you want to grab and smell. :0)

The card below is using a sentiment in the set. I framed it with the floral image from the Thinking of you set. I threaded some buttons with twine and put them on the primas and the crochet heart I made. I have made several more of these and a cross even. The cross you will see later it still needs some modifications. I did that from my head. ACK.... LOL

Be sure to check out the DT's last sneaks today and hope to see you tonight!

Best Wishes Day 2

Fancy day today. Well actually this set is called Fanciful Flourishes. Oh so many options for this set. I am really excited with all the images in this set. I have this long and tall card first. I used the elegant heart in the set for a wedding card. I cut out some Spellbinders labels 13 for a project and then as usual I see the cut outs as windows and use that as a panel. I added some jewels to the insides and voila. The hearts edges are folded out and its up on a dimentional.

My next card I thought more springy and whimsical or I thought at least with the pinks and blues of the Basic grey Euphoria paper. I stamped the image along the side with a few jewel accents and the sentiment in the center. The white silk ribbon really makes me smile.

This is the beautiful Around the Arbor set below and above. I used the arbor as the focal point and added a little bit of ribbon to the top. I really wanted yellow roses so I got some of the basic grey dp for my colors. I like the framing with the spellbinders label on this too.
Below is the lattice in the set that I stamped along the edge and colored with copic collections Sky, Spring greens and Flesh tones. I added some double sided ribbon with the Finishing touches slider to the side. Very simple but oh so pretty I think. All these supplies are in the Flourishes store.

Below is using the new set called Hats off to you. This is a wonderful graduation set that has a variety of images for you to choose from. I went with the key and one of the sentiment for a girly graduation and I think non-tradtional style. I sponged around the frame after I cut it out with the spellbinders label 13. I used some pink crochet ribbon. Added a few primas and pearl centers.
